Online Assignment I. Comparatives - Past Simple & Cont

Well, well, well! Please, read the instructions carefully. You can also ask doubts online. :)  You have to submit your practical task with a general portada. 

Submission dates: May 17th or May 24th.

Topics: Past simple & continuous. Comparatives.


1) Listen to the following songs. Analyze and compare them. Write ten comparatives sentences. Use short, long & irregular adjectives as well as the structure (not) as... as.

Song 1. Tell me baby by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.  


Song 2. Someone like you by Adele.


2) Look at the following pictures. Write ten comparative sentences. Use short, long & irregular adjectives as well as the structure (not) as... as. 

Picture 1. The city.




Picture 2. The Country.



3) Compare the Comic Super Heroes. Who is your favourite?  Write ten comparative sentences. Use short, long & irregular adjectives as well as the structure (not) as... as. Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, & Captain America.



4) Copy the chart. And classify these adjectives in the correct column. WRITE them in the correct COMPARATIVE FORM.

Read the story of when Dave Mascott met his hero, and put the verb in brackets in the Past simple or past continuous.
